Elder abuse on the rise in the Northern Territory

COTA is calling for adult safe guarding to be offered in the Territory.

COTA CEO Sue Shearer, said one woman with dementia is homeless wandering Darwin streets after her family sold all of her assets.

Ms Shearer says, 'Listen honey bunny, you didn't work for that money, it's your father's, your mother's, your parents money.'
