Free support for senior mental health

The Older Persons' Wellbeing Network (OPWN) is offering a new FREE wellbeing program to support people aged 65 (and Indigenous Australians 55 and over) who are experiencing emotional challenges, and who don’t already receive psychosocial support through the NDIS.

One-on-one counselling, group sessions, and workshops are available to help with managing stress, improving sleep, and general health and wellbeing.

You don’t need a GP referral, and the service is open to older persons living in the Sydney CBD, Inner West, St George-Sutherland, and Eastern Suburbs areas.
