Our Guiding Principles

  • Create safer spaces that value people for who they are
We value spaces of mental and physical safety, where people can explore and express their identities and engage positively and fully in the world.

  • Work in collaboration with our clients and communities
We actively engage with our clients and communities, listen to and respond to their needs, and build strategic alliances to support them.

  • Be Accountable, reflect on and adapt our practice
We are committed to delivering high quality, professional services in an ethical framework, and to continuously adapt our practice through a culture of seeking feedback and self-reflection.

  • Work for Human rights and Social justice
We value advocating with and on behalf of our communities to bring about changes in the legal, cultural and social systems that impact negatively on them.
