Northern Queensland PHN
We are the Primary Health Network for the region and connect service providers, health professionals, and the local community with better health services and programs.
We are a not-for-profit organisation funded by the Australian Government.
Our role is to advance the way healthcare is delivered to our community.
Through comprehensive assessment we identify the key health and service needs of people in our region.
We use this information as the basis for our consultation with our Advisory Councils, Peak Bodies, health professionals, and people living here.
We then commission services to meet health needs, connect services, and reduce barriers to access for our most vulnerable communities.
